At Servos & Simulation, every system we build comes standard with lifetime phone and email technical support—no exceptions.
Technical support is available during normal business hours, and by appointment for our overseas customers. This support is provided for the entire lifetime of the product, whether you purchased it directly from us or acquired it second-hand. Our records go back to the 1980s, allowing us to assist with even the oldest systems still in operation.
Warranty Service
Warranty service is handled with the same level of care and responsiveness as our technical support. If you experience any issues, simply contact us and we’ll work quickly and professionally to resolve the problem.
Pre-Purchase Support
We also provide technical support before you buy. Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have about system capabilities, integration, or customization options—ensuring you have the information you need to make an informed decision.
Resources & Documentation
Servos & Simulation seldom releases anything more than a generic manual and drawing package to our customers only. If you are a current or past customer, please contact engineering and we will email you a replacement document package.
If you are a new customer and require schematics for your purchased system, please contact engineering and we can email them to you.
